Shipping

Shipping fees apply to every order shipped. Shipping is through the USPS and within the United States only.

Please note: Thainna's Gift Shop is a home based craft business. Items are shipped with recycled materials from a pet friendly, smoke free home.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. No shipments occur on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Items are shipped within 3 business days of purchase and tracking is provided.

Due to the holidays and the increase in shipping volume, please expect a slight delay in delivery times.

Shipment to P.O. boxes, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses

Thainna's Gift Shop currently does not ship to P.O. Boxes, most US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

Thainna’s Gift Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at thainnasgiftshop@gmail.com for help on filing a claim and process a replacement. Please save all shipping material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Thainna's Gift Shop does not ship internationally at this time.

Returns & Refunds Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, and items on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges (minus original shipping costs) of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery and are shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Orders or Large Quantity Orders --Currently NOT accepting custom orders--

Great idea for weddings, baby showers, party favors, and more! 

• Etched Glass - Can be custom made for weddings or any special occasion.  Wine glasses, champagne flutes, wine bottles.  Additional fees apply for custom etched glass.  Custom requests for Trademark or Copyright designs will not be accepted.  Approximate prep time: up to 1 week for wine bottles and up to 3 days for glasses (subject to proof approval).

• Aroma Bead Sachets - Requires 1 to 2 weeks for the drying process. Some fragrances take longer than others.

• Smelly Jars - Processing time varies based on quantity and current supply inventory.

Large quantity orders require additional time.  All custom orders and large quantity orders must be paid in full in advance. There are no returns or refunds on custom orders for any reason.
